How high would you set your standards? Design is only as good as the leads it generates and sales it brings in. I know - I'm in business too. My priorities are fixed from two things doing great work, and exceeding my clients' expectations.

I strive to keep my relations by measuring client satisfaction, learning and sharing from the project, and defining both the positive and negative aspects of the entire process.
